Effective October 28th, 2020, the Baltimore County State's Attorney’s Bad Check Program administered by Victim Services, Inc. will no longer be accepting checks at this office.

Going forward, if you believe your business has been the victim of a crime involving a fraudulently
written check, please contact your local police agency for purposes of making a crime report. Additionally, you may consider pursuing a civil remedy in Small Claims Court.
