Effective March 8, 2016, the Cecil County Bad Check Restitution Program,
administered by Victim Services Inc. will no longer be accepting checks at this office.

If you believe you have been the victim of a crime, you should report this incident to your local
law enforcement agency with jurisdiction where the dishonored check was passed.
