Effective April 14th, 2020, the Rock Island County State's Attorney’s Bad Check Program administered by Victim Services, Inc. will no longer be accepting checks at this office. 

If you received checks $500 or more, or total of $500 written within a 90-day period, you should report this to law enforcement for investigation. If you received checks under $500 you may pursue your civil remedies in court.
